» All items listed are 1945 and earlier manufacture, "unless stated otherwise".

» Every item we sell comes with a lifetime guarantee for originality .

» All items listed are graded conditionally as accurately as possible.

» All items that have been repaired, repainted, or retouched are listed as such.

» All items are "as described".

» Any item may be returned by the customer within 7 days of receipt if the condition or grading of an item during the inspection period is deemed to be unsatisfactory. 

» All items must be returned in the same condition as was sent for refund.

» Item returns must first be approved by Combat militaria and such correspondence must be provided via phone, fax, or e-mail confirmation.

» The customer is responsible for any shipping costs returning items.

GRADING...

» The conditions of listed items are described below. The condition will be displayed before the open bid price.

» 1 Star: "Relic" condition; displays extremely heavy wear or dug condition.

» 2 Stars: "Well Used" condition; displays heavy wear.

» 3 Stars: "Used" condition; displays moderate wear.

» 4 Stars: "Very Fine" condition; displays some minor wear.

TERMS OF SALE...

» Payments may be made by money order or certified cheque. Paypal and email transfers are also acceptable.

» Personal cheques are also welcome as a form of payment, however, the shipment of goods will only be processed upon clearance from the bank.

TRADES...

» Only under specific circumstances will we consider to accept partial or full trades, which is also dependent on the consigner.

» All items being offered for trade with Combatmilitaria will be subject to inspection before a trade will be considered, and, delivery is the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING...

» All shipping costs will be added to the purchasing price for items ordered.

» The minimum shipping charge on any item is $15.00.

» Shipping is done via Canada Post Xpress Post with online tracking.
 

» Any damaged property must be reported to the delivery carrier. It is the responsibility of the customer settle insurance claims.

» Insurance will be added to each item at buyers expense.

LAYAWAY PURCHASE...

» Customers wishing to purchase more expensive items may prefer to acquire an item by way of a layaway purchase.

» Layaways requests can only be administered by e-mail or fax request.

» Layaways require fifty percent down and the remaining balance within 30 days

unless other terms are agreed to.

» Certain items may not be applicable to layaway purchases, depending upon the consigner. Please contact us regarding any layaway requests.
